New Patient Consultation: The first visit to our office is for you to meet Dr. Bogdanoff and her staff. At this appointment, she will examine your teeth and discuss problems that exist and different treatment possibilities that can correct them. Our dental assistant will take diagnostic photos of the patient and a panoramic x-ray.  This information is used to develop a custom treatment plan for each patient. These records are also helpful in tracking the progress of treatment as the teeth move under orthodontic care.
Our patient coordinator will then discuss with you all of the financial and insurance information and get you on your way to a beautiful smile!

Regular Appointments: The appointment when you get your appliances (braces, expanders, etc.) usually takes from 30 minutes to 1 hour. You'll then see us at regular intervals 6 to 8 weeks apart for an adjustment, which takes 20 minutes.  Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately.

Payment and Insurance: The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets and for your convenience, we accept payment by VISA and MasterCard.

Insurance Policy: Because of the variations among insurance policies, our office does not accept insurance assignment. As a courtesy to you, we will submit your forms to the insurance company with all of the pertinent information, upon starting treatment. However, please remember that all payments from the insurance company will be paid directly to the person listed as the insured.
